Heinz T. Juchmes joined SIGNIUM INTERNATIONAL Germany as Managing Partner in 1991. He began his executive search career in 1983 with Heidrick & Struggles, built up the Munich office and was Partner and Member of the International Board of Directors. Heinz specialises in conducting searches for CFOs and Finance Directors as well as their direct reports, including CIOs and HR Executives, across a variety of industry sectors. His very extensive CFO network in Germany and Europe is complemented by regular attendance of annual congresses and symposia, inter alia by partnering and sponsoring the CFO congress promoted by the “Handelsblatt” on an annual basis. Furthermore his executive search career includes the completion of numerous assignments ranging from Board Directors and Chief Executive Officers as well as Managing Directors to senior executive positions in the B2B market, inter alia in the High-Tec and telecom­muni­cations industry as well as in the automotive and construction material industry. His clients include multinational firms from France, Germany, Japan, Korea and the US. Prior to his executive search career, he worked for the Xerox Group in various managerial HR positions, ultimately as HR Director. Through a scholarship, sponsored by the German government, he took part in a work study program in the United States. Heinz holds a B.
