Gianni Dell'Orto Milan, Italy Gianni Dell'Orto is the founder and current President of Neusearch / Signium International. Mr. Dell'Orto's executive search experience includes many distinguished positions. From 1999-2000 he was a non-executive Director with Spencer Stuart Italy. During 5 years with Heidrick & Struggles, he was an International Senior Partner, Managing Partner Europe-Health Care Practice and Chairman of Heidrick and Struggles Italy. He also co-founded Amrop International and was a member of the Board from 1981-1982 and Worldwide Chairman from 1992-1993. Prior accomplishments include founder and Managing Director of Top Management Consulta Italia/Amrop International from 1977-1994. He was a Partner with Egon Zehnder International from 1972-1977. From 1970-1972 he was General Manager of Roubaud SA, Paris and began his business career with Dell'Orto Frigoriferi Spa in 1964. Mr. Dell'Orto holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan and PMD from Harvard Business School in Cambridge Massachusetts. He is also a former President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Italy.
