BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Signium International is governed by a Board of Directors. The Directors are partners and consultants in Signium offices and each Director is elected by the stockholding members of the worldwide group. The Board elects one Director as Chairman and elects three Directors as Regional Speakers, each to represent one of the three geographic regions of the world.

The Directors are dedicated and deeply involved in Signium's operational matters, business development and the assurance of global quality standards. Each is a successful, seasoned search professional within his/her domestic market and brings a unique set of skills to the global management team of Signium International. The Directors are:

Nelo Sekler - Regional Speaker - The Americas - Caracas, Venezuela
Lionel Teng - Regional Speaker - Asia Pacific -  Singapore, Republic of Singapore
Larry Tyler - Director - Atlanta, Georgia USA
Colleen Kucera - Corporate Secretary (Non-voting) and Executive Director - Chicago USA
